No appointment is necessary.

Emergency Food Hampers

Emergency food services are normally a Food Hamper once per month.

The emergency food hamper provides approximately one week of groceries that includes milk, eggs, bread, produce canned and dried goods.

If you have mobility issues or are unable to make it to us please call us.

Additional services will be explained upon your first visit. You may like to access our income tax services, cooking classes, Community Food Smart Program – We are compassionate and caring. We strive to treat people with equality, respect and dignity.

How Does It Work?

We are a non profit organization and a member in good standing of the New Brunswick Association of Food Banks and Food Banks Canada.

People who need to use the food bank and have not been here before must have a picture ID, proof of address and NB Medicare cards for each member of the household.  Please note the client service hours.

There is a screening interview and individuals and families are eligible to receive emergency food once a month.  The food provided is based solely on what we have available.  Each client receives milk, bread and eggs once a month.

Our Food Bank is open its regular business hours to prepare for our client services days, receive donations (monetary donation, food donations, clothing donations).  We provide many other services to the community.
